Central server stops getting data from collector
I seem to have found a issue that happens on Monday mornings where the collector stops sending data to the central server. The services are running, When I picked this up last week I thought it was a fluke. But since it happened again this morning I don't think it's a fluke anymore.
I have to restart the collector and run the "run.bat file" manually to get it going. The server does not restart automatically even though it's set like that in the services. I also noticed the service does not start by using the "Collector Server" via the start Manage Engine option.
It seems like it's still collecting data (Good thing) for the moment it's restarted and the collector running does not seem like I have lost any data.
Both Windows / anti-virus updates are set to check / update every morning 3am. The manage engine directory is excluded in the Anti-Virus.
Does anyone have any idea what I can look out for to fix this, as restarting every Monday morning is not an option.
