There seems to be a new messaging rule or bug in Manage Engine starting from 8217 or 9xxx.

If the original service request was sent by Requestor A & CCed to B, all replies by the technician to the requestor will automatically include the original CCed party (B) by default.

This can sometimes lead to some confusion or unwanted attention from the CCed party.

Is there a way to disable this ?

I am still on 9006 build as I don't see any changelog on this in #9007.
