Category Usage Report

Hello,

I found the below query on the forum but I can't find it again and I have a question about whether there is a limit to what it will show?

SELECT cd.CATEGORYNAME "Category",scd.NAME "Subcategory",icd.NAME "Item", count(wo.WORKORDERID) "Request Count" FROM WorkOrder wo LEFT JOIN WorkOrderStates wos ON wo.WORKORDERID=wos.WORKORDERID LEFT JOIN CategoryDefinition cd ON wos.CATEGORYID=cd.CATEGORYID LEFT JOIN SubCategoryDefinition scd ON wos.SUBCATEGORYID=scd.SUBCATEGORYID LEFT JOIN ItemDefinition icd ON wos.ITEMID=icd.ITEMID WHERE (wo.ISPARENT='1') GROUP BY cd.CATEGORYNAME ,scd.NAME ,icd.NAME

order by 1

The reason I ask is that it only pulls Total Records : 638 and we would log more calls than this in a day so I know this isn't showing me all the data.

Ideally the report would show the usage of "Category - Sub Category - Item" over the last 12 months. We have far too many setup do I need this report to do a cull of those not required.
