It is possible to define category, sub-category and item per loca/site?

For exemple:

On Site Brasília/Brazil we have the following categories:

- Hardware
- Internet
- Servers 

On Site Blumenau/Brazil we have:

- ERP
- CRM
- PRM
- SCM
