Category Not Shown in Enter Resolution View

Category Not Shown in Enter Resolution View

When we are entering a resolution to a request I have found that the Category is not shown in the resolution or history tab, the category has been completed in the request view but no data is shown in the resolution or history view (as below).

Request tab shows:
Request ID: Data Shown
Category : Data Shown
Group : Data Shown

Resolution tab Shows
Request ID: Data Shown
Category : BLANK
Group : Data Shown

History tab Shows
Request ID: Data Shown
Category : BLANK
Group : Data Shown

Any Ideas?
