Categories Question
We have been making changes to AdventNet with regards to Catergories, Sub-categories, and Items. I�ve in-activated several categories and sub-categories. Now when I pull up a New Request, the inactive categories are not included in the drop-down selection for categories, but the inactive sub-categories still do show up in that drop-down list. Is there a way to ensure that inactivated sub-categories and items no longer appear in the lists?
