I would like to ask you something related to a doubt that I have. I have the site XXX for a particular client, and I would need to create two categories: PPP and MMMM. I would need that certain users could see the tickets associated to PPP but couldn’t see the ones associated to MMMM; other users would need to see the tickets of MMMM but not PPP.

How could I do that?
