Catalyst 4500
We have a number of Cisco Catalyst 4500's in our network. The first line of the startup config always has information about configuration compression. The running config does not have that line. Consequently all 4500's fail the Startup-Running Config test. Since they always fail it isn't possible to tell whether a real conflict exists. Is there a work around for this? Disabling configuration compression is not possible. I've included an example of the line in the startup config below.
