Case synchronization between ME SD and third party tools

Dear Guru,

I would be very grateful if you would be kind enough to help us with two questions:

1. The synchronization between two systems.
We use two systems as Incident Management and Change Management:
- Case Management - Service Desk (Manage Engine)
- Change Management - SAP Solution Manager

Once a user changes a field in the ME SD's case, action have to be triggered and send the changed data to the second system - SAP Solution Manager. We need the following attributes as the outgoing data to be sent from the ME SD system:
- Name of the field that was changed
- Previous data in the field
- New data in the field
- Login and name of the user who made the change
- Date and time the field was changed.

So, in case we can use the same function (as written in the article above) then the process will be similar:
1. Create a new trigger for the Case
2. Maintain trigger definition as "Edited" + "Enable trigger"
3. Set conditions - "Apply no conditions"
4. Add Actions as the Custom Function: <here should be the source data which can be used to send above attributes to the second system>

Please, support me with (1) possibilities to implement this requirement and (2) some examples of source code which can use for our purpose.

2. System ability to use the API.
We are planning to implement this synchronization using the API, so if you have any information about existing API, please add a link to the documentation section. If there is no such information, please specify the options to implement the integration from the Service Desk side.
