Case Sensitive Quick Search on Restrict Users License Management page

The "Admin" tab, "License Management" section, and "Restrict Users" Page, the Quick Search there for Display Name and SAM Account Name is currently case sensitive, this has caused some confusion for helpdesk staff who have been unable to find a restricted user and allow access because they've not entered the search parameters in identical case match.

Please can you make searching on either of these fields non-case sensitive, thank you.
