Hi! After updating from 9226 to 9317 and changing MS SQL database engine to internal Postgres we found a bug - case sensetive search in Requester field name for cyrillic letters.

For example, if requester name is "Test" it can be found by typing "test" or "Test", but if it's written as "Тест", than typing "тест" is not an option.
