Hi All, 

i´m trying to upgrade from Version 9400.0.2.0

So i followed the instructions on the website.

- backup

- shut down service

- update as admin

- chose file "ManageEngine_ServiceDesk_Plus_9_4_0_SP-1_0_0.ppm"

Everything looks fine so far but then it only appears "Uninstallation complete"

I cant click "finish" and can´t click "view log".

I only can click "close"

Nothing happened. Started the service again and we are still on version 9400.02.0

Any ideas?
