Can't transfer SDP to new server

We want to transfer SDP

1. Now, we have SDP standart 11.2/11207 free version with database postgresql.

Stoped service ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus in services.msc, do a manually backup from cmd (administrator) - C:\Program Files\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\bin>backUpData.bat (attachment backup.txt)

I get two files in folder C:\Program Files\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\backup\backup_postgres_11207_fullbackup_07_01_2021_14_22

backup_postgres_11207_fullbackup_07_01_2021_14_22_part_1.data

backup_postgres_11207_fullbackup_07_01_2021_14_22_part_2.data

Then copy folder with this files to new windows server 2019 with SDP enterprise 11.2/11207 lic.

2. On the new server stoped service ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus in services.msc, than run from cmd (administrator) C:\Program Files\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\bin>restoreData.bat and choose file backup_postgres_11207_fullbackup_07_01_2021_14_22_part_1.data

Than enter my password (not default). Notification with "data restored seccessfully" does not appear. CMD stoped on Database server not running (attachment restoredata.txt)

And the end service will not start, WEB does not start. Endless window "server started" with many points.
