Fresh install of SD+ on Ubuntu 23.08 / Ubuntu 22.04/ the app just dont want to start at all.

Every time there is an error about

"Trying to start PostgresSQL server failed"

I was following the guide whole time but the problem still occurs

Few months ago I did the same thing with 2 other SD+ on Linux but that time all went good
