Cant Run OpManager on 64bit RHEL 5.1

Guys
I installed 7.1 version without problem.
When i try to start the OpManagerServer - i get an error that it cannot find web server. i saw that you included your apache in the installtion and i attempted to start it and i get the following errors:

# ./apachectl start
/opt/AdventNet/ME/OpManager/apache/bin/httpd: error while loading shared libraries: libaprutil-0.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
./apachectl start: httpd could not be
started

It seems it wants the 32bit version that you include in your directory lib structure. i added it up to LD_LIBRARY_PATH but it wont work as it wants other library loaded which are NOT 32bit :(

HELP we cant test this...
