Can't reply back to requester (Mail to Requester)
Hi.
We have recently moved to GMail and I am having issues.
A requester can email helpdesk and it will show up on the dashboard.
But the technician can't reply back to the requester, I get a "Sending notification failed" message.
Any help will be appreciated.
