cant remote import log of local network host

cant remote import log of local network host

hi

i want remote import log of apache web server ..

But after entering the specifications, in the "select remote file" field , this eroor showes :

::::::::::::: Failed due to either wrong username and password (or) the server may be down! ::::::::::::::::::

I am sure I have the correct username & password.

please help me.
