When creating an MDM IOS profile which includes native apps, I have found that I cannot change the profile later to include additional native apps as they will not activate on the device once the modified profile is pushed.  I have also tried to copy the profile with the added native app and when the new profile is pushed to the device it retains the original settings and does not push the added app.  The only way I have been able to add an additional native app is to create an entirely new profile.
