cant get client PC's data....
hi,
just installed OPManager 6 (the free test version)
Network:
2x windows Server 2003, clients on XP pro (all patched up)
TCP/IP network.
I cant seem to get any info off the clients, they seem to be detected.
Ive added the SMNP services to the clients, so OPm detects them ok. But no monitoring works or installed software etc.
Also non of them have a blue star next to them (my own one does)
Ive added SMNP port 161 to the windows firewall (we have a hardware firewall but thats only to the outside world
im running all this within the network domain
Any ideas?
