Can't get alarm notification working.
Hi all,
I can't seem to get email notifications working for alarms. Below is a summary of my situation:
- There is an active, unacknowledged alarm (for high disk utilization).
- Email server has been configured and test emails are successful.
- Have only selected "threshold rule is violated" for criteria.
- Have selected all severity levels for "notify only when severity is" option.
- Have selected the device that is currently triggering an alarm.
- Have set the profile for 24x7 and set delayed trigger and recurring trigger to 5 minutes.
- Test action successfully sends a test email.
Is there anything that I've missed?
