Can't get alarm notification working.

Hi all,

I can't seem to get email notifications working for alarms. Below is a summary of my situation:

There is an active, unacknowledged alarm (for high disk utilization).
Email server has been configured and test emails are successful.
Have only selected "threshold rule is violated" for criteria.
Have selected all severity levels for "notify only when severity is" option.
Have selected the device that is currently triggering an alarm.
Have set the profile for 24x7 and set delayed trigger and recurring trigger to 5 minutes.
Test action successfully sends a test email.

Is there anything that I've missed?
