Cant close/edit/add/assign to another tech on 1 log
Hi there I have a log that I need to close, but when I click on close, it takes forever then eventually brings me into the edit call screen.
I try to close it here & it fails again.
I cant assign it to another technician, no other technician can close the call or edit it in any other way.
Its extremely frustrating....
Can anyone help?
