Cant change Administrator Password
Hi,
Whenever I attempt to access the properties of the Administrator (Support Rep) account, I receive the following error:
FAILURE : Error while list the available support reps.
Please report the problem to the system administrator, with the Error Code - 1,203,463,360,838.
It is imperative that I change the Administrator Password immediately. Please help.
