cannot upgrade from 7204 to 7205

cannot upgrade from 7204 to 7205

Hi,

following your instructions on how to upgrade to the newest
hotfix (7205) I'm stuck when trying to start the updatemanager.bat

I get this error:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/adventnet/tools/update/installer/Updatemanager

Any thoughts on this one? :?:
