Cannot unlock the user. The user account is not locked.

Cannot unlock the user. The user account is not locked.

I am getting an error when users attempt to unlock an account that was recently (within the last 5 minutes) locked due to too many unsuccessful attempts to log in.


Cannot unlock the user. The user account is not locked.

If I go to any domain controller it shows the account is locked. But it will be anywhere from 5-10 minutes before ADSelfService is able to unlock it. z

Any thoughts?
