Cannot uninstall

Cannot uninstall

I've been having a problem uninstalling ServiceDesk Plus and was wondering if there is an uninstaller program (For V8 and V9)  out there that will remove this from our system so we can install fresh? We are performing an upgrade of V8 > V9 .
