Cannot start OpManager

Hello,

am using RHEL5. i've installed OpManager7 successfully. but while trying to start OpManager (./StartOpManagerServer.sh) i get the following errors at first:

cp: cannot stat `/opmanager/OpManager/apache/ssl/backup/ssl.conf': No such file or directory
The File: /opmanager/OpManager/apache/ssl/ssl.conf does not exist
inside addon check

tables are created, processes start, then i get the following error msg:

Verifying connection with web server ...

Failed to establish connection with web server. Gracefully shutting down OpManager.

Trying to Shutdown OpManager
Failed to establish connection with web server. Gracefully shutting down OpManager.
Trying to Shutdown OpManager

while trying to start the web server manually, i cant find the StartWebServer.sh file in the '[OpManagerDir]/apache' directory.

can someone plz help
