cannot shutdown ServiceDesk Service
i am trying to shutdown the Service so I can perform an upgrade. However when I try to shutdown the service nothing happens.
I copied the contents of the shortcut into a command prompt and I get the following Error:
Java Virtual Machine Launcher
Could not find the main class. Program will exit.
