Cannot seem to get things installed

Below is a copy of the problems that I cant seem to get past. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The origional purpouse was to have the pack 2 and 3 updates instaled on my computer.

The computers that are managed using Desktop Central. Agent will be installed in each managed client computers.
