Cannot see the remote control button in a role despite the roles assignment

Hi,

In SDP On Demand, how Can I create a custom role with remote control permission?

Also, although I gave a "custom role I created + SDRemoteControl" ... this didn't work ... I've tried "custom role + SDRemoteControl + SDAssetManager" ... this also didn't work.... and I cannot give them SDAdmin role ....


so can you please tell me what am I missing or if this is a bug?
