Cannot retrieve passwords

I have been using Password Manager Pro for a short time and have been using the trial license. The trial license has expired and I wish to continue using it with just the free license. I believe I understand all of the limitations and should be within them. I have one administrator and one password administrator (can I only have one total?). I have 5 resources and several accounts under each. About the time my trial license expired I am no longer able to retrieve any passwords. I can log in and view all the resources and accounts but when clicking the asterisks for the password nothing happens. I have tried accessing the passwords in both IE and Firefox with the same results.

When I try to access a page in IE I receive an error that states "Errors on this page might cause it to work incorrectly." The details of the error state:
'document.received_reason.received_reason' is null or not an object

Also, when I click on the link to view the license, it says that my trial license has expired and I need to restart the server to use the free edition, I have restarted the service several times, as well as restarted the whole server. I am using this on CentOS 5.2.

Do you believe these two things are related? Has anyone experienced either of these problems and found a fix for them?
