Cannot reactivate inactive item/sub-category
I have inadvertently deactivated a sub-category and one of it's items. Even editing the sub-cat or item to reactivate it does not work. If I try the sub-cat and click on save, it just goes back to being grayed out and inactive. If I try the item and click on save, it gives me an error that the Parent Sub-Category Cannot Be Empty.
Any idea on how to reactivate these records? It also will not let me delete them to start over.
