Cannot open Attachments

Cannot open Attachments

Build 4105 and 4107.

If I try to open an attachment from a request I get:

File cannot be found
Try one or more of the following:
Check the spelling of the name of the document
Try a different file name

This happens with .doc, .xls, and .pdf that I've tested.
