Cannot Login to SDP

We are having a few issues with SDP this morning. On the server i can only login as the domain admin account that was used to install SDP. Any other user it will not let me. It just times out. When trying to login from any client, i can get to the login screen with firefox but with ie, as it automatically logs in, i just get a blank white page which just times out eventually. we are running MSSQL 2005. No changes have been made apart from windows updates last night. It was working this morning though, just not for long.
