Downloaded OpManager 11.3 free edition and installed it fresh under Windows Server 2012R2 using PGSQL. Installation gone well but I cannot login through a web browser ( IE or Chrome). The browser is stuck at the License Activation Details page in a waiting loading loop.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Any help would be appreciated.
