cannot load mibs

cannot load mibs

I cannot load mibs into OpManager, I receive the following error message:

IMPORTS failed: Could not open file C:/Program Files/AdventNet/ME/OpManager/./mibs/CPQHOST-MIB

Any comments???...Thanks!!!
