OpManager version: 11500

Servicedesk plus version: 9103
I'm using self-signed certificate for OpManager and 3rd party valid certificate for Servicedesk plus both running https.

I followed  this article to set up the integration; but I encounter an error asking to check if ServiceDesk service is running 

Please help me get the integration working.
