When I go to SDP and go to integrations, then click the settings for Advanced Analytics Plus, it just pops up an error.

Neither myself, co-workers, or support have been able to resolve this issue. I have restarted and shut down/rebooted the service. I have updated to the most recent version of Service desk as well. I know there are batch files to change the port number of the server incase if you cant connect to it, maybe theres a batch file that resets integrations? I can't use AAP right now and we just purchased it. If anyone knows anything about the issue I would appreciate it.
