Running OpManager 8 on Windows XP using local MySQL DB.

Getting the following error when running startopmanagerserver.bat

When I try to launch the website and login,  I am told to run the RepairDB program to repair the database.  I run it, it fixes the errors, and then try again. Same problem.

Can someone assist me in resolving this issue?
