Cannot Find Devices after succesful Add

Hi,

I have been having the same problem as jblack in forum issue 286911.

Ours is a brand new install of Ops Manager 7024

All servers, printers switches and routers have added fine, but we have four temperature/humidity probes scattered around. These are sensorprobe2's from AKCP (http://www.AKCP.com).

I have added them and they show as sucessfully added, but when I go to search by IP address they will not show up. Instead I receive the "Sorry your search returned no results. Click here to add a device." message.

I have followed the steps at
