Version 12 of Central with Probe (Enterprise I believe) - So I made a new device template, Windows 2012 R2 server, and associated it with MIB  .1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.1.3.1.2  and tried to assign it to a couple 2012 R2 servers.  I couldn't  get any monitors to report back anything in inventory afterwards though, so I deleted the template and tried to re-create it, but I when I do, I get the following error:

.1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.1.3.1.2 OID is associated to [Windows 2012 R2,] Templates. Configure Custom OID for appropriate classification

I DELETED that template, it is supposedly GONE.  But I cant use that OID now?  I'd appreciate any help or guidance I can get.
