Cannot fetch email from a free email account, please help
I have configured email server settings in the latest version of ServiceDesk Plus and started fetching email. However, there are no email messages appearing anywhere. I am wondering where I should navigate to in order to see fetched email messages. Also, please let me know what free email accounts this application supports fetchmail for. I have heard ServiceDesk Plus cannot fetch messages from a gmail account and my company needs to find another free email account.
