Cannot do Custom View with Unassigned tickets displayed
I have the following custom view set up:
Group is : "Network and Database Services - 3rd Line"
and Request Status is not: "Closed"
and Technician is not: "Joe Bloggs"
as soon as you enter any Technician infomation, you loose not only "Joe Bloggs" but all unassigned tickets in the group too...
any idea on this? I really need to sort this new group out asap.
