Cannot delete SLA
We created our own SLA and wanted to delete the default ones. I got the error message for Normal SLA (other SLA deleted fine).
FAILURE :Error occurred while deleting SLA.
Please report the problem to the system administrator, with the Error Code - 1,187,104,263,231.
Please help. I am using Version 6.
