Error message is: Package cannot be deleted. It is used in the following configuration : "XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX"

Problem is that we cannot find this "XXXXXXXXXXXX" configuration anywhere anymore and it's still preventing us from deleting some old software packages: User who originally created this configuration is already deleted from Desktop Central. How we can clean this "ghost configuration" from our Desktop Central database so we can clean old software packages?
