Cannot Delete Alarm
Hi all,
I have a server in my OPManager. I watch the events of this Windows 2003-Server.
Events from the Eventlog are shown in OPManager as Alarm.
Sometimes it happens, that I cannot Clear or Delete this Alarm.
When clicking on the alarm in the server properties (picture 01), no alarms are shown (picture 02).
When I view all alarms, the alarm is shown (picture 03). When I check this alarm to be cleared, and clear this alarm, a blank browserpage is shown (picture 04). When hitting the "back"-button, OPManager is visible again. But the alarm is not cleared.
Right now, I have to completely delete this device and add it again, losing all my counters and monitors.
I am using OPManager 7201.
Any help here?
