Cannot delete a request with a large amount of conversations
I have a request that I believe is slowing down my system as it has 100+ conversations attached to it. The request continues to gain conversations as they are being attached as returned emails. (technician email changed). I would like to delete this request altogether. I am getting an error that the delete failed. Is there a way to manually delete the request using SQL (MSSQL)? Or, is there a better way that you would recommend deleting the request?
