Cannot connect to laptops through remote control
Hello! We have purchased new laptops for our library, which we installed the Desktop Central agent on. When we try to access any of the laptops through the Remote Control option on the server it gives us "Firewall is Enabled" error. The firewall is turned off on the laptop, so this doesn't make any sense. Also, we know the problem is not the server because we can remote control any of our other desktop machines. One other weird thing: we were able to apply configurations to the laptop and it worked, the only problem seems to be with the Remote Control option. Thank you for any help you can give!
