We have three contractors who are part of our team. When any of them open a request, we are unable to close it. When we enter the information on the Resolution tab and click Save, it simply clocks forever.
We can close the request by selecting it in the list of requests and selecting "Actions -> Close", but are unable to enter anything for the resolution.
This ONLY occurs with these 3 contractors. 1 of them is a technician as well. They are synced to Service Desk Plus via AD, and I do not see anything different about their requestor records as any other requestor.
Can anyone point me to something that might explain this? Because it is limited to just these 3, and they are all contractors, I suspect it might have something to do with these data setup for them, but I don't see anything, and I haven't been able to find any similar issue reported previously.
