Cannot close any request
Hi,
We're trialing service desk Plus MSP and it's pretty good so far.
Only problem is that nobody can close any requests at all.
Whether we edit the request to change the status to closed or close them from the requests tab, nothing happens.
The page reload with no errors and the request stays open.
