Cannot clear default value in additional fields
We are running 7010.
In Request-additional fields I have two fields each with 'Not applicable' set as the default values. The fields are mandatory.
Try as I might I cannot clear out the default values so they are blank instead. I clear them, save and when I go back the text is back.
Any help appreciated.
